| ZMHZ Group has recently acquired 50,000 square metres of land in Dali central, Yunnan Province for RMB 50 million from Dali city government, and has entered into a development agreement to develop a 35,000 square metre retail complex, a 48,000 square metre five star hotel with undercover parking for approximately 300 vehicles.
